My approach

I help people tackle the mental health challenges that keep them stuck, so they can move forward with more clarity and purpose.

Healing looks different for everyone. For some, it means learning to thrive despite uncertainty and self-doubt. For others, it involves working through painful past experiences or building habits that support emotional balance and well-being.

My therapeutic style is active and down-to-earth. I listen closely, with great care, and with a desire to understand who you are, what is important to you, and where you hope to be as a result of our work together.

Science-backed treatment

I offer psychological interventions to improve your health using a wide range of evidence-based interventions. I provide structured treatments for ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety disorders (e.g., generalized anxiety, panic, agoraphobia, specific phobias, illness anxiety), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder among other conditions.

I work best with individuals who are highly motivated to relieve their suffering and learn ways to confront, rather than avoid, unhelpful patterns and habits.

  • Yes, I do.

However, if you reside in the Lubbock area, I ask that you attend your initial appointment in person. Whenever possible, I encourage you to attend your sessions face to face. If at any point I determine that telehealth is not an appropriate modality for your treatment, I will ask you to attend your appointments in person.

  • No, I only see individuals who are at least 18 years of age.
